Ed Rana began his photography journey in high school. He was mentored by an older brother and by sixteen had obtained photo bylines in the Washington Post. While Ed’s career went in a different direction, he maintained an interest throughout the years.
As retirement approached, Ed rejuvenated his interest in photography. Over the last ten years, Ed and his wife, Sally, have traveled most of the Country and western Canada for extended road trips through national and State parks shooting landscapes and nature.
Ed has taught all facets of the craft from composition to producing prints. He has been published in Photography Society of America (PSA) sponsored publications and trade journals in dining and real estate. Ed has achieved award winning photographs including Best of Show recognition in State wide and international exhibitions.
Today, Ed and Sally, reside in Pawleys Island, SC after more than 45 years in Arizona.
