Along with his wife, Deborah, Phil owns and operate Lowcountry Art Gallery in Pawleys Island SC. Their photography centers on coastal Carolina scapes, wildlife, and iconic venues. They particpate in a select group of juried art festivals, have work displayed in a number of local gallerys to include the Rice Museum, Georgetown SC, and have begun selling through Fine Art America two collections: Old Havana and Shrimpers. Phil also claims the titles of instructor, presenter, and workshop host on select photographic and printing topics.

Deb is an established fine art nature photographer, and her work is taken from her extensive travel around the world. Her vision can be described as “fresh with an eclectic twist.”
When Deb describes her work she says, “I look at photography as a means of creating memories taking me back to a time and place that brought smiles and sometimes evoking other emotions important to me.” She says her art may instill the awesomeness of a beautiful sunset, or perhaps the breathtaking majesty of turbulent seas, and is limited only by her imagination.
